Can I speak to a helpful human?

Can I purchase gift vouchers from you?
No, not yet. We are looking at this option for next year.
Can I get a mail order catalogue from you?
We are not doing these at the moment; however it might be something in which we will look at in the future.
Is it safe to order online?
Our site uses a very secure payment system run by Paypal. Paypal are completely safe and secure. You provide your financial information only to Paypal, who then tell us when your payment has been made. You do not need an account with Paypal to use their service. You can pay directly using any of the wide range of debit and credit cards that Paypal support.
I have a question regarding delivery.
What happens if I need to return something?
First, follow the instructions on our returns page to send the item back to us. If you have requested a refund we will process this within 3 days of receiving your parcel, and we will email you to let you know we have received and processed it. After you've received your email, please allow another 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you're with and is outside our control. We will credit your refund via Paypal. This amount will either appear on your Paypal account directly or will appear on the same card you used when you placed your order. If we can't do this (i.e. if the card has been declined, cancelled or has expired), we’ll send a cheque to your billing address. We will try to contact you before we do this though.

I am not getting any emails from you!
Sometimes emails can be regarded as spam by a an email provider. The best way to combat this is to add leopardskinbunny.com to your 'safe' list. If you are expecting an order confirmation email or a payment confirmation email and neither have arrived within 12 hours, please call us - we may have recorded the wrong email address for you. We'd like to be able to contact you to let you know that your order has been shipped.
I am getting emails from you and I want them to stop!
If you are subscribed to our occasional newsletter, then simply follow the unsubscribe instructions located at the bottom of the newsletter email. Please don't just mark our newsletter as spam - that just creates more unwanted internet traffic. Please just click the link at the bottom of the newsletter and we promise we will not send you any more of our luscious leopardskin updates.
