Hassle free exchange or refund.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase just send it back to us in its original condition within 14 days. The garment must be returned will all original tags and packaging. Please indicate on your delivery note if an exchange or refund is required. Upon receipt and examination we will exchange the item and despatch free of charge or issue a full refund for the value of the item. Please note that we do not refund the delivery cost.
Tthe cost of return postage is also your responsibility and we recommend using a recorded delivery service.
Refunds and exchanges are not available on underwear, earrings or other intimate items due to hygiene except where the item is faulty.

All our goods are inspected personally before despatch. However if you receive a faulty or wrong item please contact us by phone or email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know so that we can get a replacement out to you as quickly as possible. In this case we WILL refund the cost of returning the item via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. If you have received the item internationally, please contact us before returning it
